SSF supply and deliver to Europe, however the delivery price may vary depending on your location.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if we do not deliver to your area.
Please note: in the event of the buyer cancelling the order after the first half payment, the payment won't be refunded.
We oblige to quality deliver to the buyers stated address. Delivery is generally by a lorry and the buyer must make sure that he has access for this type of delivery. Where our driver is requested to or there is an implication that delivery should be made onto your property or any private property this may be done at the driver’s discretion but is entirely at your risk and responsibility. Any damage incurred owing to weight of delivery vehicle / driver negligence or any other damage is entirely at your risk and you agree to be responsible for any costs in making good. Damage to lawns, flower beds, driveways adjacent to a narrow or difficult access route will be the responsibility of the customer.
You must advise us if there are access difficulties, we will endeavor to assist the buyer to deliver even in the most difficult access situations but please note these type of operations may cost extra.
Any additional cost incurred by SSF to re-deliver any product because of access issues will be reimbursed to SSF by the buyer.
The delivery period stated is approximate and usually 2 to 6 weeks from the order. All delivery periods stated are “advisory” and estimated. We shall have no liability whatever for delayed delivery.
The goods remain at risk to SSF until delivery. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. SSF retains the right to recover goods belonging to them and to enter the buyer’s premises to do so.
The goods must be inspected and any missing items or damage reported within a reasonable time.
We offer 2 year warranty. The following situations are specifically excluded from this guarantee:

It should be noted: All third party work, unless invoiced by us, including assembly or any modifications are not part of this contract but shall form a separate contract between you and the service providing company. SSF shall not be responsible for any unauthorized modifications to the heater and related parts or any occurrence relating to the effect of any modifications whatsoever.
